Shera has always had an affinity for color. Growing up as an artist, she was rarely seen without paint splattered on her hands and clothes. As her artistry matured, she began to be drawn to interior design and construction. By her early twenties, she was remodeling and designing homes which eventually led to the establishment of her own design firm.

A love for art, nature, and culture drives Shera's design aesthetic. As a world traveler and avid adventurer, she finds her inspiration in "Ma and Pop shops", outdoor markets, mountain peaks, and sandy beaches. Her goal as a designer is to make homes look not like a picture in a magazine, but a unique representation of every family she designs for.
